Disorders associated with traumatic events: best practices guidelines for a complex clientele.

This book, to which several members of the Trauma Studies Center Network collaborated, is intended for clinicians working with clients affected by post-traumatic stress disorder and related problems. This is the first French book detailing best practices in the treatment of post-traumatic stress for clinicians. With content that is strongly anchored in research results, this work is intended as a knowledge transfer tool to the clinical environment. This will allow clinicians to not only choose the most appropriate treatment for their clients with post-traumatic stress disorder and related problems based on current knowledge, but will also provide them with the tools and resources they need to implement them. It will also be useful in training future practitioners who will have to work with this clinical population.
